• A Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field.
• Current licensure in Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with a good standing status.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency in virtual engagement strategies.
• Previous work within a structured practice that emphasizes evidence-based methods.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
