Job Description STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING. PC Support Technician Burlington, KS (Onsite required) W2 contract role 6+ Months with opportunity to extend or convert *Schedule: 4 10-hr shifts: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm with some flexibility Job Description The PC Technician will install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems, support single and multifunction printing devices, smart phones, tablet devices, and mobile data systems. This position also involves PC moves and equipment upgrades.

This person must be able to resolve problems associated with Service Desk tickets that need escalated. Individual must also provide technical knowledge and expertise necessary to solve medium to highly complex problems. Requirements: Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Teams is required.

Understanding of DNS and Active Directory (what it does and how it works). Must be familiar with maintaining laptop and PC hardware in addition to laser printer technology. Must have the ability to troubleshoot conference room issues that include A/V equipment.

Experience with MECM (SCCM), Citrix, Virtual Desktop, and other Operating Systems is preferred. Education/Experience Associate's Degree in a computer science-related field and 2 years desktop operating and networking systems OR 4 years recent experience in desktop operating and networking systems *Beware of scams.
