Experience / Knowledge Required

  • 5 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst in software engineering environments.
  • Financial Services or Banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience working on complex enterprise applications and system integrations.

Technical Acumen

  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON payloads, and integration patterns.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, and data mapping concepts.
  • Ability to analyze technical artifacts and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Business Analysis Expertise

  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation skills.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to identify business impacts, dependencies, and risks.

Agile Experience

  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of backlog management and refinement processes without being the owner of product prioritization.

Communication & Documentation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
