Job description

Northside Imports is a family owned company specializing in the distribution of European and German automotive repair parts. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment/delivery according to company standards.
  • Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the manager.
  • Ensure that warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (75+) safely.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
