Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this guest-facing sales role, you will assist visitors with purchasing attraction tickets, arcade play cards, ride packages, and food & beverage items while providing exceptional customer service.
This position combines retail sales, cashiering, hospitality, and guest services in a fast-paced family entertainment environment. You will interact with guests, process transactions, answer questions, and recommend attraction packages to help guests get the most out of their visit.
This is a sales-driven role with opportunities to earn commission through package and attraction sales, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and maximizing guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and guest engagement.
  • Sell attraction packages, arcade play cards, tickets, and promotions.
  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Answer guest questions about rides, attractions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with directions and recommendations throughout the park.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales area and workstation.
