What is the difference between Attorney vs Paralegal?
| Aspect | Attorney | Paralegal |
|---|---|---|
| Required Credentials | Jurisdiction-specific law degree, passing bar exam | Associate's degree or paralegal certificate |
| Work Environment | Law firms, courts, corporate legal departments | Law firms, legal departments, government agencies |
