Description
At Avrek Law Firm we are committed to helping individuals who have suffered personal injuries navigate the legal process with compassion, integrity, and excellence. Our dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the compensation they deserve. We are seeking an Intake Attorney to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience throughout their legal journey.
As an Attorney in our Intake department, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and legal teams, ensuring that clients' needs are met, questions are answered, and the overall legal process is smooth. You will work directly with clients to explain legal procedures, manage case progress, provide updates, and ensure that clients remain well-informed and confident in their case. This role requires an individual with both legal expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the first 30 days of their case as it transitions from intake to case management.
  • Handle client/attorney introduction calls, welcoming the client and verifying information gathered during intake.
  • Prevent sub-outs by managing client expectations, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues or concerns that arise during the intake process.
  • Review client files, documents, and evidence to assist with case strategy and preparation.
  • Assist the intake department to identify unsuitable cases or potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that each client's case is progressing efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Client Success case workers to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the service and experience throughout the entire legal process.

Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in CA
  • Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adept at handling sensitive client situations.
  • Experience in client relationship management or customer service is a plus.
