What you’ll be working on
  • Develop and deliver security service blueprints, maturity models, and best‑practice frameworks for MSP partners.
  • Run executive‑level workshops to align partner leadership on security strategy, service monetization, and operational models.
  • Provide thought leadership on security trends, threat landscapes, MSP market drivers, and evolving customer needs.
  • Support GTM strategy by aligning partner service offerings with Barracuda’s security roadmap.
  • Create reusable methodologies, templates, and playbooks that partners can adopt to scale secure service delivery.
  • Conduct deep-dive architectural sessions, PoCs, assessments, and design reviews across Barracuda’s security portfolio.
  • Validate technical requirements and translate them into recommended architectures and deployment patterns.
  • Collaborate with partners to build secure cloud, email, data protection, and network security architectures.
  • Perform security assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
  • Support complex RFI/RFP responses and provide technical thought leadership during competitive situations.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor during partner solution development cycles.
  • Enable MSPs through technical workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Follow up during evaluation phases to ensure successful outcomes and high adoption.
  • Support business case development, including ROI/TCO analysis for partner services.
  • Evangelize Barracuda’s security approach at partner events, webinars, and community forums.
  • Collaborate with channel and partner success teams to identify growth opportunities and remove technical barriers.
What you bring to the role
  • 8+ years in security architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or consulting roles.
  • Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, or service provider environments.
  • Strong understanding of common security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST, etc.)
  • Hands‑on expertise in cloud security, network security, email security, or data protection technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders and deliver impactful workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure/AWS security, or similar.
  • Experience creating repeatable service constructs, playbooks, or reference architectures.
  • Strong understanding of MSP commercial models and service monetization.
  • Prior experience in partner-facing or channel-focused roles.
What you’ll get from us
A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued. Internal mobility – there are opportunities for cross training and the ability to attain your next career step within Barracuda.
  •  High-quality health benefits
  •  Retirement plan with employer match
