As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
  • Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
  • Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.

Requirements
  • 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
  • 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
  • Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
