Job description

Yoh has an exciting contract opportunity for a Recruiting Systems Administrator to support a leading advanced technology organization. This position will provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the organization’s applicant tracking system (ATS), helping ensure recruiting technology, workflows, data, and user access remain accurate and reliable. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Lever or a comparable ATS and is comfortable troubleshooting system issues while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and HR technology teams.

Title: Recruiting Systems Administrator – Lever
Type: 3–6 Month Contract
Compensation:$38-45/hr
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for the organization’s applicant tracking system, with a primary focus on Lever.
  • Maintain system configurations, recruiting workflows, user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Create and maintain requisitions and job postings while ensuring system information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Troubleshoot routine ATS issues and respond to questions from recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and other system users.
  • Support recruiting workflows spanning candidate stages, interviews, offers, dispositions, and related processes.
  • Create basic reports and perform regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting system records and assist with ongoing system cleanup and optimization.
  • Document system configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and end-user instructions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, recruiting teams, and HR technology stakeholders to improve the overall user experience.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, implementation, or optimization of additional recruiting technology as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience administering or supporting Lever, Ashby, or another applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS configuration, user administration, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting processes, including requisitions, job postings, candidate workflows, interviews, offers, and dispositions.
  • Experience creating basic reports, conducting data audits, and maintaining system data integrity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide responsive support to recruiting and HR stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to clearly document system processes, configurations, and user instructions.
  • Comfortable learning new recruiting technologies and supporting system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across recruiting, operations, and technology teams.
