Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements therapeutic programs based on established goals with consideration for medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions. These programs may involve the administration of modalities
  • Supervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to the goals and treatment plans of patients. Communicates with Physical Therapist Assistants regarding the prognosis of the patient 
  • Completes documentation, which meets federal and state guidelines
  • Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start date 
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by specialty
  • 1 years of outpatient experience; new graduates and candidates with equivalent clinical training are encouraged to apply

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives.  The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
