Job description

Position Details:

POSITION TYPE: Full - Time

PAY RATE: $14.00 / Hr

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday


What the job looks like:

  • Suite Cleaning — Clean and sanitize both suites, including chairs, counters, door handles, light switches, and high-touch surfaces. Spot-clean walls and ensure rooms remain organized and presentable.

  • Floor Care — Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors in both suites and the atrium. Maintain a streak-free, debris-free appearance throughout all areas.

  • Atrium Maintenance — Clean and maintain the atrium’s open space, including seating areas, ledges, windows, glass panels, and entry points. Ensure the area remains welcoming and free of dust, smudges, and clutter.

  • Trash Removal — Empty trash cans in suites and atrium; replace liners and keep bins clean. Light trash only unless otherwise assigned.

  • Dusting & Surface Care — Dust furniture, vents, baseboards, ledges, and decorative surfaces throughout both suites and the atrium.

  • Restroom Cleaning — If restrooms are connected to the suites or atrium, clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, and restock supplies.

  • Supply Stocking — Restock paper goods, soap, sanitizer, and basic cleaning supplies; report low inventory.

  • General Upkeep — Maintain a neat, professional environment; report maintenance issues; ensure all areas are ready for daily use.

  • And other duties as assigned.
