Job description

Position Overview

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will provide anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in various settings within Atrium Health University City. They will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective, evidence‑based care at hospital and surgical center levels.

Opportunities
  • Adult Heart, OB including regional anesthesia and labor epidural service, Pediatrics, General, Vascular, Thoracic, Gyn, and NORA (non‑OR anesthesia).
  • Shift options include days, afternoons, nights, overnight call, 8, 10, 12, 24‑hour options with concentration in Adult hearts, OB, and overnight call.
  • Committee participation, teaching opportunities for allied health learners and SRNAs from CMC/UNCC Nurse Anesthesia Program.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $99.75 – $159.60 per hour (entry‑level starting at $215,996/yr) with a $100,000 sign‑on bonus. Additional performance incentives, 401(k) and 457 retirement savings, PTO & PTO cash‑in, day‑one insurance, family leave, FSHA, HDHP with HSA, and optional benefits (dependent day‑care, pet insurance, legal, etc.).
