Requirements:
  • Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally
  • Help customers select the correct storage unit size based on their needs
  • Follow up on reservations, leads, and emails in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Log customer interactions and updates accurately within our CRM system
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Provide clear and accurate information to both current and prospective customers
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations including customer satisfaction, response times, and call quality standards
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently during busy periods
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Schedule & Work Environment

Remote/work-from-home position

Our call center operates 7 days a week across multiple U.S. time zones

Schedules may vary based on business needs, staffing needs, and assigned shift

Desired Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday 9AM - 4PM CST

Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on the position and scheduling needs

Physical Demands & Work Environment
