PositionOverview

iNovateSolutions is seeking an Information Assurance Analyst with an active SecretSecurity Clearance to support our Army Customer. The position will supportcybersecurity and Information Assurance activities for Army platforms,including Risk Management Framework (RMF) execution, eMASS artifactdevelopment, Authority to Operate (ATO) maintenance, vulnerability management,security validation, and secure system interfaces. The ideal candidate willhave demonstrated experience with cybersecurity principles, NIST 800-53controls, and cloud security, including FedRAMP.

KeyResponsibilities

• Support and manage Risk Management Framework(RMF) activities for army systems.

• Generate, review, maintain, and coordinatecybersecurity artifacts in eMASS to support obtaining and maintainingAuthorities to Operate (ATOs).

• Track ATO expiration dates and supportproactive RMF package preparation and submission to prevent lapses inauthorization.

• Monitor Information Assurance VulnerabilityAlerts (IAVAs) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliancefor virtual reality simulators and other virtual training platforms.

• Support remediation or development ofmitigation plans for identified vulnerabilities and cybersecurity findings.

• Provide technical justification to theAuthorizing Official (AO) when security updates may negatively affect simulatorperformance or training fidelity.

• Conduct or support vulnerability scans andindependent assessments of simulator software to validate required securitycharacteristics.

• Support integration of cybersecurityrequirements and controls into system performance objectives and technicalrequirements.

• Assist in engineering secure interfaces betweenvirtual training environments and tactical logistics networks.

• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers toevaluate cybersecurity patches and STIG implementation while minimizing impactsto simulator frame rates, latency, and training fidelity.

• Support cybersecurity documentation, technicalreviews, test activities, and other security-related program events.

• Maintain cybersecurity records and artifacts inan organized, current, retrievable, and audit-ready manner.

• Comply with applicable DoD and Armycybersecurity requirements, including DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, AR 25-2, andapplicable security requirements identified in the contract.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor's Degreeand aminimumofthree to ten(3-10)years of experience in systems security,or equivalent combination of education/experience

• Active Secret Security Clearance.

• Demonstrated experience with cybersecurityprinciples, practices, and technologies.

• Experience supporting the DoD Risk ManagementFramework (RMF) process and cybersecurity authorization activities.

• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 security controls.

• Knowledge of cloud security concepts, includingFedRAMP.

• Experience supporting vulnerability management,security compliance, vulnerability scanning, or security assessment activities.

• Ability to develop and maintain cybersecuritydocumentation and technical artifacts.

• Ability to work collaboratively with systemsengineering, technical, program, and Government cybersecurity stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technicalwriting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work primarily on-site in theOviedo/Orlando, Florida area and perform domestic or OCONUS travel whenrequired by the mission.

PreferredQualifications

• TS/SCIclearance or eligibility.
