About the Role

As a Cash Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping Cash Depot's ATM network funded, operational, and running efficiently. This position combines cash management, analytics, logistics, problem-solving, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact ATM uptime, customer satisfaction, and company performance.

You'll use data to forecast cash needs, coordinate cash movements with banking and armored carrier partners, and ensure the right amount of cash gets to the right location at the right time. You'll also work closely with field teams and internal departments to coordinate routes, replenishments, installations, and other cash-related logistics.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data while also being involved in the day-to-day operations behind it. You'll have the opportunity to solve problems, improve processes, and help shape how Cash Management operates as the business grows.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze ATM cash activity and transaction trends to forecast funding needs.

  • Maintain accurate data, reporting, and operational documentation.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify ways to improve processes, efficiency, and operational controls.
  • Take ownership of issues from identification through resolution.

What Makes This Role Unique

This isn't simply a reporting or cash-ordering role. You'll be connecting data, cash, people, and logistics to keep a large ATM network operating successfully.

You'll gain experience across cash management, logistics, operations, analytics, and process improvement, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business every day.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Why Cash Depot?

This is more than a data-entry or accounting role. It's an opportunity to become a key contributor to a nationwide cash management operation, gain exposure to banking and financial operations, and build a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
