Job description

We are seeking to add an Office Clerk With Computer Data Entry Experience to our team. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping and to ensure the professionals you support have the most accurate and up-to-date documentation they need when they need it.

Responsibilities:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence

- Filing, typing, copying, and scanning

- Verify paperwork, digital forms, and files, updating or correcting documentation as needed

- In charge of all Credit Card receipts and match with statements

- Log all Purchase Orders and create spreadsheets and folders when need it

- Discards documents when required in accordance with official procedures.

- Assist with accounts parables and accounts receivables

- Maintain equipment files
- Support other departments by performing various tasks as needed

We specializes in the installation and maintenance of Intelligent Traffic Management Systems and is one of the top contractors in that area of expertise in the country. Our headquarters are in the heart of the city and can quickly mobilize in order to minimize down time for our customers. Our technicians and electricians are train in all standard areas and specialize with fiber optic systems, ATM, Changeable Message Signs (CMS), Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) ramp meters, CCTV, Video Image Vehicle Detection Systems (VIVDS), inductive loop vehicle detection, vehicle radar detections, traffic signal maintenance, roadway lighting, large roadway signs and various other specialty items.
