Job Title: Executive Assistant, Creative

A little bit about our team:

The Creative Department at Atlantic Music Group oversees the strategy and execution of artist creative campaigns including content, design, photo, video, live and experiential projects.

We are responsible for helping shape and execute narratives for our artists and labels (Atlantic Records, 10K Projects, 300, Atlantic Outpost and more) from concept through final delivery.

Our team partners closely with artists, managers, marketing, A&R, digital, and external creatives to bring ideas to life with clarity, taste, and cultural impact.

Your role:

This Executive Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Creative Officer. As the primary point of support for a senior executive, you'll manage complex scheduling, travel, communications, expenses, and day-to-day priorities. You will work alongside the CCO to ensure his day operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with senior leadership, internal departments, artist teams and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to be at the intersection of executive operations and creativity.

Here you'll get to:

  • Manage a complex calendar and inbox, handling scheduling and meeting logistics
  • Coordinate travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, with detailed itineraries and communication
  • Process and maintain expense reports and administrative operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the creative department across internal andexternal communications
  • Conduct research and provide support for strategic initiatives and presentations
  • Anticipate executive needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

About you:

  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize, while managing multiple deadlines.
  • You're proactive, adaptable, and understand that every task - big or small - contributes to the team's success.
