Job Title: Manager, Creative

A little bit about our team:

The Creative Department at Atlantic Music Group oversees the strategy and execution of artist creative campaigns including content, design, photo, video, live and experiential projects
We are responsible for helping shape and execute narratives for our artists and labels (Atlantic Records, 10K Projects, 300, Atlantic Outpost and more) from concept through final delivery.
Our team partners closely with artists, managers, marketing, A&R, digital, and external creatives to bring ideas to life with clarity, taste, and cultural impact.

Your role:

We're seeking a versatile, visionary creative to own the full spectrum of visual and brand expression for a recording artist. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ideas will shape the artist's identity and presence across every platform. You'll be the go-to creative, turning concepts into daily content and managing projects from shoot to final delivery, all while keeping an eye on budgets.

As the Manager, Creative, you are the visionary leader of the creative process, driving the conceptualization and execution of all visual language for our artists. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic leadership, and hands-on production expertise. You will not only manage high-level relationships and negotiations but also provide critical oversight on set to ensure creative integrity and problem-solve production challenges in real time.

Here you'll get to:
  • Develop and execute the artist's brand identity, ensuring it's consistent, authentic, and visually striking across all channels.
  • Generate fresh content ideas daily to engage fans and grow the artist's presence in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Conceptualize, commission, and oversee photoshoots, video shoots, graphics, and social media content, ensuring everything aligns with the artist's vision.
  • Manage creative projects from concept to delivery, keeping timelines and budgets in check without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate directly with the artist and management to translate ideas into compelling creative assets.
  • Serve as the central creative point of contact, coordinating across teams and vendors to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of trends in music, culture, and digital storytelling to continually evolve the artist's creative direction.
  • Provide expertise to resolve any production-related challenges and ensure smooth operations across all mediums of the creative process.
About you:
  • You have at least 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in commissioning and directing photo and video shoots.
  • You have proven experience in creative direction, brand development, or content production-experience in music or entertainment is a plus.
  • You have exceptional visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • You have experience commissioning shoots and managing creative projects within budgets.
  • You are comfortable generating high volumes of creative ideas in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.
  • You have strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with artists and management.
  • You have a passion for music, culture, and helping artists define and amplify their unique voice.
  • You have impeccable taste and are resourceful.

We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $70,304 to $80,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
