ATI is seeking a QC Lead to join our growing client:


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Perform fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Conduct quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Read and interpret test results, maintain accurate records, and complete project closeout documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate field crews while promoting a safe, quality-focused work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and escalate quality, schedule, or material concerns as needed.
  • Operate fiber splicing and testing equipment, including OTDR and insertion loss testing tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing experience.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for fiber optic infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BICSI Installer or Technician certification.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center fiber projects.
  • Experience with high-count fiber backbone installations and advanced fiber testing methods.
