Position Overview

We're looking for an organized, dependable team member who is excited about our brand and interested in learning about product development. In this entry-level role, you'll help manage product samples by organizing, tracking, shipping, and maintaining inventory while supporting teams across Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Creative, and Sales.

What You'll Do…
  • Organize, track, and maintain product samples and inventory

  • Prepare, pack, ship, and receive product samples for internal teams and external partners

  • Keep sample storage areas, workspaces, and showrooms organized and stocked

  • Assist with product testing, photoshoots, meetings, trade shows, and special projects

  • Support Product Development and other teams with sample requests and basic administrative tasks

  • Help maintain accurate records and inventory of samples

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements…
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to push, pull, stack, and move boxes and products throughout the day

  • Comfortable working in an office environment and going into the warehouse as needed for coordination of receiving and shipping samples

  • Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required to support trade shows or company events.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.50 - $24.50. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
