Athletic Trainer

How you'll contribute 

An Athletic Trainer who excels in this role:

  • Provides athletic training services in clinic, at schools and within the community

  • Evaluates and manages injuries and determines whether a referral is necessary.

  • Maintains a medical file on each athlete and acts as a liaison between the physician and the athlete.

  • Prepares athletes for practice or competition.

  • Develops conditioning programs for injured and non injured athletes.

  • Implements treatment and rehabilitation programs under the supervision of a physician.

  • Recognizes, manages, and rehabilitates injuries to athletes. Provides techniques for prevention of injuries and instructs/trains on safe exercise techniques.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a a Utah Athletic Trainer license and be a Certified Athletic Trainer through NATA.
