Position Overview
Event Staff at Athletic Events
Hours: Hours vary by scheduled event.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide operational support for athletic event operations and logistics including but is not limited to; scoreboard opration, PA announcing, concession sales, ticket sales, customer experience, monitoring spectator conduct.
  • Perform event set up and facility breakdown
  • Work in partnership with other SLP Staff to deliver high-quality customer service to our guests.
This position requires a person with strong customer service and communication skills, is technology literate, self-directed and a team player, is culturally aware, and responsible.
Qualifications
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Personal skills must include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in various circumstances. Candidate must be able to perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, multi-task, and possess good communication skills.
