Certified Medical Assistant 
Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm 

About the Employer-
This position supports a large, independent specialty healthcare network with multiple clinic locations across Oregon. Providers treat a wide range of adult and pediatric patients with various urologic conditions. The clinic uses Athena EMR for all electronic medical record documentation and supports outpatient visits, diagnostic services, and inoffice procedures.
 
Position Summary-
We are seeking a compassionate, detailoriented Medical Assistant to join a busy specialty practice. This role involves direct patient care, clinical support tasks, and close collaboration with a team of healthcare providers in a fastpaced setting.

Essential Job Duties-
  • Room patients and prepare them for appointments
  • Record and document vital signs
  • Update and maintain patient information in the EMR system
  • Assist providers with inoffice procedures
  • Support catheter placements (training available)
  • Clean, disinfect, and reset exam rooms
  • Restock rooms with essential supplies
  • Triage and direct patient phone calls as needed
Requirements-
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Medical Assistant diploma
  • Experience in a fastpaced clinical environment preferred
  • EMR experience preferred (Athena experience a plus)
  • Ability to work adjusted schedules based on patient flow
  • Willingness to float to alternate clinic locations as needed
  • Current required vaccinations
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
