Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video conferencing, catering specifically to adults experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.
  • Collaborate effectively with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive treatment approaches tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and monitor client progress with established functional improvement metrics to ensure continuous medication of treatment effectiveness.
  • Efficiently document client interactions and treatment plans in our user-friendly therapist portal designed to streamline workflows and provide digital documentation tools.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, receiving support and clinical consultation from our Therapy Leadership Team as needed.
  • Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, using a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client health information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients, ages 13 and up, facing various emotional disorders. Our inclusive approach acknowledges the unique cultural backgrounds of our clients, with a commitment to establishing rapport and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. Qualifications
