Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (N3) of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the Management Branch to ensure correct fund execution and compliance with DFAS for Military supply chain operations.
Examples of Qualifying experience: Directing supply chain operations, requirement planning, and forecasting to support fleet readiness for all HSM squadrons. Overseeing high-value aviation IT and management information systems, specifically NALCOMIS and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which are critical for parts tracking, aviation maintenance support, and operational accounting. Serving as the key liaison with major commands and organizations, including NAVSUP, Weapons Systems Support (WSS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and COMNAVAIRFOR to secure priority material support.
