Job Summary
ATG is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist (NEN) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Code 104. The selected candidate will provide enterprise desktop and network end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure IT equipment, and assist customers with maintaining reliable access to enterprise information systems while supporting Help Desk and Network Enterprise Network (NEN) operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I/II technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, and mobile device issues.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows workstations and standard software.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests using the Government IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
  • Support user account management, password resets, and access requests.
  • Assist with hardware deployments, refreshes, imaging, and equipment inventory.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff and track tickets through completion.
  • Support NEN connectivity, peripheral devices, and customer workstations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two (2) years of IT customer support or desktop support experience.
  • Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 investigation.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and enterprise desktop environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Desired:
  • Experience supporting Department of the Navy or NAVSEA.
  • CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certification.
  • Experience with Active Directory and ITSM platforms.
