Job description

Position Summary

Ethic Tech is seeking a high-caliber Antiterrorism & Physical Security SME to provide integrated staff support for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for subordinate units (19th SFG, 20th SFG, or 75th Ranger Regiment), facilitating the fusion of Antiterrorism (AT), Physical Security (PS), and OPSEC. This role requires an individual who understands the unique mission cycle of Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). This position is onsite at Camp Williams, UT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operational Planning: Develop and synchronize OPLANs, OPRDs, and SOPs to reflect current threat environments and unit deployment cycles.
  • Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct comprehensive physical security inspections and risk assessments of Government facilities and geographically separated sites.
  • Systems Management: Maintain and update security data within NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SOCRATES, and JIANT platforms.
  • Reporting: Manage the ATCTS and JSIVA/higher-headqaurters reporting requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with AR 525-13 and USSOCOM Directive 525-4.
  • Training Coordination: Assist the Government ATO in developing and executing unit-level AT/PS training and iWATCH briefings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, four (4) years of related experience in Government Contracting (GovCon), or four (4) years of active-duty military experience in an equivalent MOS at the E-5 level or above is required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of military experience, preferably in a SOF-centric environment (Group, Regiment, or JSOTF).
  • Completion of a DA-approved Antiterrorism Level II Course (within the last 36 months) and the Conventional Physical Security Course (CPSC).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Military Occupational Specialties (MOS)
    • Army: 31A (MP Officer), 311A (CID), 18 series (Special Forces), 11 series (Infantry - Ranger qualified), or 35 series (Intel).
    • Navy: MA (Master-at-Arms), SO (SEAL), or SB (SWCC) with Protection Programs experience.
    • Air Force: 31PX (Security Forces Officer) or 7S0X1 (OSI).
    • Marine Corps: 58 series (Military Police/Investigations) or 0372 (MARSOC).

Citizenship and Security Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a T5 investigation within the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to pass E-Verify and NCIC III / Terrorist Database screening.

Work Environment

  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to attend training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, or conduct assessments at remote unit locations.
