Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Assess and Plan: Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Administer Care: Safely give medications, monitor vitals, and provide wound care and other treatments
  • Collaborate: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor & Report: Maintain accurate records, monitor patients closely, and escalate changes in condition as needed
  • Protect Privacy: Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active, unrestricted Nevada RN license
2+ year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
Current CPR certification
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
