Familiarity with ATC simulation software, radar systems, and compliance with regulatory standards such as ICAO or FAA is typically required. What are some common challenges faced by professionals in ATC (Air Traffic Control) development roles?

Professionals working in ATC development often encounter challenges such as integrating new technologies with legacy air traffic management systems and ensuring compliance with strict industry regulations.
