Leading a business exceeding $100 million annually, this role develops and executes account strategies that optimize product assortment, merchandising, inventory management, and promotional initiatives across omnichannel retail partners. The Director collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize market share, enhance consumer engagement, and deliver exceptional retail execution through impactful in-store and digital experiences.
