We’re seeking a Night Auditor to join our growing team at Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport. This role is key to ensuring a seamless guest experience, and it’s an amazing first step in your career in hospitality. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding service, managing financial transactions, and playing a critical part in keeping everything running smoothly overnight—this is the position for you!

What You'll Do

As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Interactions: Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort.

  • Financial Transactions: Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night.

  • Night Audit Functions: Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations.

  • Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed.
