$2500 sign-on bonus!
Position: Therapist II - In-Home/Intensive
Salary: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid)
Cornerstones of Care Community Counseling is growing! The Community Counseling program is excited to announce we are hiring a therapist that provides a hybrid of In-Home and virtual sessions for youth and older youth in foster care and transitional living programs.
An ideal candidate is one who is passionate about helping youth to heal trauma and create lasting changes. Therapist will be part of an integrative and supportive team to drive treatment, promote mental health, and encourage hope. Cornerstones of Care prides themselves on importance of Self-Care and providing support to their employees. Employee benefits include Unlimited Time Away (aka PTO) to help balance in their lives. The Community Counseling program will work with the therapist's goals for professional growth and providing excellent clinical care.
An ideal candidate will have the initiative to work with foster and adoptive care population, be part of a team, and interests in healing developmental trauma. This candidate will be able to hold a hybrid of in-home and virtual flexible work schedule while meeting needs of position. Licensed Therapists in Missouri and Kansas are encouraged to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. The Therapist II position requires professional licensure (e.g. LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, and LCPC). Therapist II applicants must have two (2) to five (5) years of post-clinical licensure experience. A Missouri Substance Use Credential or experience is also required (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCDP). Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, and physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
BONUS: $1000 of the bonus will be paid on your first pay check and the additional $1500 will be after 12 months of service.
