Hand Solder Technician

Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $22–$25/hour DOE

Work Schedule
  • 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
  • Early start time between 5:00 AM–6:00 AM
  • Enjoy three-day weekends every week
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hand Solder Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate has experience with precision hand soldering, can work independently, and is committed to producing high-quality electronic assemblies for reliable products.

What You'll Do
  • Perform precision hand soldering under a microscope
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, ECOs, and ECNs
  • Complete engineering changes with minimal supervision
  • Inspect electronic assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Support the production of high-reliability electronic products
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hand soldering or electronics assembly experience
  • Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and documentation
  • IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
  • SMT experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Must be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to perform detailed work under a microscope
  • Annual eye exam required
