At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. If you’re looking for a meaningful nursing job with flexibility, support, and impact — this is your season.

THE POSITION

  • Location: Bloomington (55420)
  • Hours:
    • Days Every other Sunday 12-hour shift
    • Days Wednesday through Friday 12-hour shifts*
  • Client Specifics: 10 year old with trach, and a g-tube

  • Location: Bloomington (55437)
  • Hours:
    • Overnights Monday through Friday 12 hour shifts
  • Client Specifics: 6 year old with a g-tube

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

  • Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
  • Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
