This position is entirely remote, allowing our LCSWs to create a comfortable and focused workspace at home. As a Remote LCSW with Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions with clients using our secure telehealth platform.
• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals based on thorough assessments of clients' needs and conditions.
• Managing a manageable caseload, with options to work as few as 5 hours a week to over 40 hours a week, depending on your preference and availability.
• Collaborating with clients to identify their treatment progress and adjusting plans in response to their evolving circumstances.
• Utilizing minimal paperwork systems that keep administrative tasks to a minimum, thus maximizing your time spent with clients.
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely support and resources during emergencies.

Our clientele includes diverse age groups and backgrounds, with an emphasis on those experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Clients are pre-screened for stability, prioritizing low-acuity individuals. This allows LCSWs to focus on providing therapeutic interventions rather than navigating complex cases. You will have the opportunity to set your demographic preferences and work with clients who align with your expertise.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients, families, and administrative teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload while demonstrating creativity and flexibility.

While not required, candidates possessing the following experience will be given preference:

• Prior experience in telehealth or online counseling methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple clients across diverse demographics.
• Dual or multi-state licensure, allowing for broader client access and flexibility.
