Join a Collaborative, High-Performing Radiology Team in Northern California

Join a collaborative, high-performing radiology team in Northern California. Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods is seeking a full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our team in the North Bay.

It is anticipated that the radiologist in this position will spend the majority of their shifts working in-person at an upcoming new site in Petaluma, CA. There will also be occasional remote shifts working from home, and occasional in-person shifts at the Santa Rosa breast center.

Highlights of the position include:

  • Efficient Multimodalities: 3D Tomosynthesis, Ultrasound, and MRI are all read on Visage PACS with Epic EHR. This single-system greatly streamlines the daily workflow.
  • AI-Augmented Practice: Our 100% Tomosynthesis practice is supported by iCAD ProFound AI.
  • Collaborative Care: Rotating participation in bimonthly multidisciplinary Tumor Boards.
  • Clinical Support: Work with many experienced and highly proficient breast technologists. A robust support staff assists radiologists in communicating critical results.
  • General Radiology: Interest in general radiology is expected, which will consist of approximately 25% of shifts. Interpretation and dictation of non-breast studies is aided by Aidoc (major abnormality screening) and Rad AI (impression generation) software.
Qualifications
  • Fellowship Training: Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship is preferred.
  • Proficiency: Expertise in 3D Tomosynthesis, Breast MRI, and all interventional breast procedures (US, Stereotactic/Tomo, and MRI-guided).
  • Certification: ABR board-certified or board-eligible.
