Job description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Atlanta, GA | PRN / Part-Time | $65–$85/Visit

Are you a licensed OT in Atlanta looking for flexible, well-paying work — without the clinic politics, double-booking, or productivity pressure? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring PRN and part-time Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Atlanta and the greater metro area.
About Stern at Home Therapy:
We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. Our OTs set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team behind them handling the logistics. Whether you want a steady part-time caseload or true PRN flexibility, we've built this role to fit your life — not the other way around.
What the Job Looks Like:
You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Atlanta and surrounding metro communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.
Why OTs Choose This Role:
  • $65–$85 per visit, tiered — earn more as you take on more visits.
  • Set your own schedule — no minimums, no pressure.
  • One patient at a time — no double-booking, ever.
  • Full clinical autonomy over your treatment plans.
  • Fast onboarding — most clinicians start within 2 weeks.
  • Cancellation protection pay (up to 2/month).
  • Dedicated admin team handles the rest.
  • Shadowing available.

Benefits:
  • Medical stipend.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Student loan repayment program.
  • CEU support.
  • Commuter support package.
  • Quarterly wellness stipend.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active OT license in Georgia (required).
  • Reliable transportation (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Home health experience preferred — not required.
  • Strong communication and bedside manner.

How to Apply:
Reach out directly — quick intro call with Yale, and most clinicians are seeing patients within two weeks.
