At-home paralegals often face challenges such as maintaining clear communication with attorneys and team members, managing time effectively without direct supervision, and ensuring data security while handling sensitive documents remotely. Building strong organizational skills and staying updated on legal technology can also help at-home paralegals stay efficient and connected.
