We're hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for a young adult in the comfort of their home.

Instead of managing multiple patients throughout your shift, you'll focus on ONE patient, providing the skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support they need throughout the night.

What You'll Do

As your patient's overnight nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and monitoring while helping give their family peace of mind throughout the night.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Follow the individualized plan of care
Communicate with the patient, family, and Castor clinical team
Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift

What You'll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Interest in providing one-on-one private duty nursing care
