This service is typically for individuals recovering from illness or surgery, living with chronic conditions, or needing assistance with daily activities due to age or disability. Registered nurses or licensed practical nurses may administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and educate patients and families. At home nursing allows patients to recover or manage health conditions in a comfortable, familiar environment while maintaining independence.
