Are you an energetic person with a passion to help people? We're looking for a compassionate, caring LPN with the ability to think on the fly to join our team.
Job Summary
Your primary responsibility is to train caregivers in proper usage of PPE's and caring for Covid-19 clients.
Essential Functions
1 Training:
  • Training and monitoring caregivers who would take care of COVID-19 patients in their homes.
  • Proper usage of PPE.
  • Compliance to CDC guidelines for taking care of COVID-19 patience

2 Introductions:
a. Introduce caregivers to clients as requested by the Scheduling Coordinator.
4. Assessments:
a. Perform initial assessments as needed.
5. Backup Caregiver work:
a. Acting as first line fill-in for any last-minute shifts we are unable to fill with current caregiver staff.
6. Mentoring Caregivers:
a. Act as an expert in client care and working with Caregivers as a mentor.
b. Implement field employee safety programs.
7. Supervisory visits
a. As required by IDPH
Requirements:
