Job Summary and Responsibilities

At CHI Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for the prompt and professional greeting of external and internal customers to the office, fielding all calls, on site deliveries and providing other office support.

  • Performs activities to ensure the smooth function of the office, including scheduling conference rooms and handling facility issues, maintaining employee phone lists and distributing lists informing staff of changes when needed and maintaining a central filing system and preparing non-clinical documentation for filing.
  • Provides clerical support to the office, such as typing, copying and faxing. Copies and appropriately distributes written communications as directed by branch leadership.
  • Places calls for equipment service and other activities which support office functions: postage, fax, copier etc.
  • Promptly separates mail and distributes properly.
  • Cost effectively orders supplies as needed.
