What matters most
To excel as a Full Time Head Start Teacher at Child Advocates of Blair County, you'll need to bring your A-game! With a Baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent coursework, you'll be well-equipped to shape young minds. If you hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood and have at least 3 years of experience working with preschool children, we want to hear from you too! ECE degrees are preferred to ensure we meet federal and state staffing regulations.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
• A Baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education; OR
• A Baccalaureate or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education with ECE Certification.
• An Associate's degree in Early Childhood and experience working with pre-school children for at least 3 years.
• ECE degrees are preferred to meet federal and state staffing regulations.
