What is a creative agency?

Working at a creative agency often involves juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines, adapting quickly to changing client needs, and collaborating with diverse teams such as designers, copywriters, and account managers. • An insatiable curiosity, brand pride, and a competitive drive to view operational obstacles as strategic growth opportunities
  • AI literacy and application skills, specifically utilizing predictive modeling and marketing AI platforms to anticipate changing consumer trends
  • Critical experience directing national creative agency partnerships and managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Masters degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 6+ years of brand management experience
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Integrated, national campaign development and production lifecycle management
    • CPG-level financial management, P&L stewardship, and ROI forecasting
    • Proven capability to lead and mentor junior managers while influencing senior executives in a matrixed environment
