What will you be doing?
Starbucks Baristas are responsible for greeting guests, entering and processing transactions using a POS system, handcrafting beverages & pastries, and ultimately creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Starbucks Barista responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
  • Courteously greeting guests, and ultimately creating an awesome service experience for them.
  • Input guest orders accurately and process cash and card transactions.
  • Preparing & providing quality beverages & food products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at par with all appropriate company, state & federal standards.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction by accurately serving customers their food and beverage orders in a quick and courteous manner.
  • Performs opening, mid-shift, closing side work to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Preparing & providing quality beverages & food products.
  • Other duties as assigned by Lead Barista or Store Manager.
