• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gather detailed information regarding their presenting issues, personal history, and treatment goals, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, across individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, constantly evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance by fostering trust and open communication, providing emotional support, guidance, and practical strategies to help clients navigate significant life challenges.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
