• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges and resources of clients, allowing for a comprehensive therapeutic approach.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Create and implement strategic, personalized treatment plans with clear objectives, integrating clients’ feedback to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary professionals, ensuring coordinated, client-centered care that maximizes our clients’ therapeutic experiences.
