Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Information Assurance Analyst Senior to work in the Orlando, Florida area. Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. The Information Assurance Specialist ensures virtual training systems comply with Army security standards while maintaining operational effectiveness. This role manages cybersecurity authorization processes for cloud-based and gaming engine-powered training platforms operating on military networks. Key Responsibilities to include: Risk Management Framework (RMF) Leadership * Lead the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for Program Director (PdD) Virtual Training Systems * Generate and maintain security artifacts in eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) * Obtain and maintain Authorities to Operate (ATO) for training systems Vulnerability Management * Monitor Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance for virtual reality simulators * Provide technical justifications to the Authorizing Official (AO) when security updates may impact simulator performance or training fidelity * Balance security requirements with operational training needs Security Validation & Assessment * Conduct vulnerability scans on simulator systems * Perform independent security assessments of simulator software code * Integrate security characteristics into performance objectives * Validate security controls meet Army standards Cross-Domain Engineering Support * Assist in designing secure interfaces between virtual training environments and tactical logistics networks * Support integration of training systems across security domains This position requires expertise in military cybersecurity frameworks, understanding of virtual training technologies, and the ability to communicate technical security concepts to diverse stakeholders. Required Skills * Minimum 8 years experience in cybersecurity frameworks * Must hold a baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP). * Experience with NIST 800-53 controls and cloud security (FedRAMP) * Active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI may be required for specific Force Projection projects).
