Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mission Assurance Task Lead to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * The Mission Assurance Lead is accountable across the entirety of the SCITES 2 Task Order for assured and resilient Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, and Information Management (C5IM) capabilities and assets (eg, KT-C and MRT-C) that are critical for the execution of USSOUTHCOM strategies, Campaign Plans, and other Crisis, Contingency, and Exercise Plans and operations
* Enable the warfighter's freedom of action across domains, increased information access and sharing, and maneuverability in contested environments
* Accountable for the full spectrum of mission assurance activities, providing assured and resilient C5IM capabilities critical to strategic objectives
* Bring expert domain and technical knowledge, the ability to lead and guide technical staff, and serve as a crucial liaison between the business and technical aspects of complex projects. Provide technical and management leadership on major tasks, establishing goals that align with overarching project objectives
* Furthermore, they rapidly assess and respond to evolving situations, confirming seamless synchronization and interoperability across diverse teams and organizations
* They possess a deep understanding of C5IM integration into operational planning and enable the effective coordination of joint forces and Partner Nations to achieve strategic goals
* Effectively collaborate and coordinate across the COCOM's Joint Directorates. The Mission Assurance Lead takes direction from the Program Manager and provides direction and mentorship to subordinate team staff Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS in field necessary to assume Mission Assurance Lead duties, High School and 4 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
* 8 years of experience leading or managing teams within the Mission Assurance, Information Assurance or Information Security space.
* A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education. Desired Qualifications: * Joint Service qualified officer. Military planner school graduate (e.g., SAW, SAMS, JAWS, WTI).
* Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. Clearance Requirements: * Must hold a current/active Secret security clearance. Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
