Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant – Insurance

Far Rockaway / Five Towns, NY 
Hybrid – 2+ Days Remote After Training

Position Overview

A financial services company is seeking a proactive, organized Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and client needs. The ideal candidate takes ownership, anticipates needs, and follows through without constant direction.

This role starts onsite for training and transitions to a hybrid schedule with 2+ remote days per week once the candidate is fully trained and has demonstrated reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and client correspondence

  • Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met

  • Prepare reports, documents, and other materials

  • Maintain organized client records

  • Assist with special projects and operational needs

  • Handle confidential information professionally
